Bill Makuski is actually a ‘builder that builds’, which is a rarity today. He was on the jobsite everyday and when he did hire a subcontractor, he was there to assure it met his standards.
Bill was even done with our house a week early, something unheard of it seems in home construction. Even the subcontractors had nothing but compliments about Bill.
We love our new home. The construction period was fun and without hesitation, we would use Bill to build our next home. The only stress factor to the whole process is the move!

When we met Bill, he took notes, asked questions, and offered suggestions. It was obvious he waslistening to us and what we wanted in a home. He had taken our sketches and ideas and transformed them into very articulate, professional renderings – with everything as we had described and more. He was honest and up front about what we could build, while trying to stay within our budget.
During the building process, Bill was easily accessible for questions. He was at the jobsite everyday, making sure everrything was to his specs. Even after the job was done, Bill kept in touch and helped us with minor contractual situations.
He’s hard working, driven – settling for only the best. We have heard many stories from friends exasperated with their builder by the end. This almost kept us from building.
If we ever decide to build again, no doubt we would call Bill.
